Recipe and Reads: Family Culinary Labs

Family Culinary Labs – six in total – will serve up comprehensive culinary literacy programs that will include such things as hands-on demonstrations of food and nutritional literacy; food acquisition methods; food handling, hygiene and safety; and consumer cost-saving techniques and meal stretching.

Storytime @ the Museum

Storytime @ the Museum is an interactive literacy program designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers visiting the museum.

Children and caregivers are introduced to a wide variety of introductory literacy skills through stories, rhymes, and some motor activities; in a fun, learning environment.

Themes are specifically designed to be relatable to exhibits that may be within the museum.
